Auto merge of #3532 - alexcrichton:ignore, r=brson

Ignore spuriously failing Windows test

I really have no clue why this test is failing on Windows, and after months of
being unable to diagnose I'm tired of retrying PRs due to this failure. Let's
just ignore it on Windows.
